    2014 Fall Season Refund Policy

    Refund Policy

    We certainly hope that it will not be necessary for you to cancel your registration. However, if you must withdraw from AYSO, you can request a full refund under the following conditions:

    • Players withdrawing must not have participated in any practice or any game. If the player has participated in any way, no refund will be issued.
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing, and post-marked no later than Aug. 15th, 2014. No exceptions.
    • Refund requests must include: 
      • the parent or guardian's full name.
      • the child’s full name.
      • your phone number.
      • the reason you are requesting a refund.
    The McDonald's coupons may also be returned with the refund request. $1 will be subtracted from the total refund request for each coupon sheet not returned with the written refund request.

    Requesting a Refund

    To receive a full refund of your registration fee, submit a 
    request in writing along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to the following mailing address:
