Per the AYSO hazardous weather policy, we will not play games when lightning enters the area or if the weather makes the fields unsafe. A 30-minute game delay will be implemented with the sight of lightning, or sound of thunder. We will keep an eye on the sky and make further decisions and announcements as necessary. Additionally, should there be lightning, please return to your vehicles as it is not safe under the pavilion shelter. 

While on the fields, our quickest communication method will be text messaging using RainedOut. We use this  system to send hazardous weather announcements via email and text messages. This is the best way to stay informed of late starts or cancellations.
