Please note that only the local AYSO membership fee portion is refundable, which is $25.00 for divisions U5 and U6, and $35.00 for divisions U8 through U18. The National AYSO Membership Fee of $25.00 is not refundable under any circumstance; your agreement to this policy was acknowledged when you registered your child. The VIP program free is non-refundable. The McDonald's coupon fund raiser fee of $10 is also not refundable. Therefore any refunds issued will be less the $30 non-refundable fees. Refund requests must be submitted in writing, and post-marked no later than July 15th, 2023. No exceptions. 

Requesting a Refund

To receive a refund, submit a request in writing along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to the following mailing address:

Refund requests must include the following:
  - the parent or guardian's full name
  - the child’s full name and date of birth
  - your phone number
  - the reason you are requesting a refund
